WHAT'S IN THE BOX?

The boxes will follow the flow of the growing season. We’ll have a lot more greens in the beginning, and more roots in the end.

While we do our best to reasonably predict what will be available throughout the season, please recognize that we are at the whim of mother nature. Weather, pests, disease and other factors can impact what will actually be available. That said, scroll down to see what an average FULL box might look like during different phases of the growing season

What it is, and what it isn't

There are many online food purchasing options these days which allow you to select anything you want, and some CSA models that let you build your own box. This is NOT that. While we understand the convenience of those models, our model allows us to give you the produce we have, which reduces waste and helps us reasonably plan for the season. Through this membership you will receive a box of produce that we create based on what is available and looking (and tasting) fantastic! If there is an item you don’t like: 1) consider trying a new recipe! New produce love waits just around the corner. or 2) give it away to a friend!

There is still choice!

For each membership, you have the option to “Expand your Box” to include eggs and/or goat’s cheese. You can select these expansions at check-out.

Also, we'll offer add-ons on a rolling basis throughout the season (e.g. flowers, eggs, herbs and more!). We'll send information for purchase in our weekly email.
