PARKER MCLELLAND
Based in Questa, NM!
Parker McClelland is a self trained chef who grew up in the pacific northwest. His passion for eating well led him into the kitchen at a very young age, and more recently has led him into the garden to grow his own ingredients. Before he and his wife Monica moved here to northern NM earlier this spring, Parker spent 7 years working as a bartender in fine dining restaurants in New York City and briefly Las Vegas, NV. A few of Parker’s favorite things to make are quiche, pizza, burgers, chiles rellenos, roasted root vegetables, and just about anything cooked over an open flame.
